Hey there! I’m Christopher Korthas, a graphic designer, artist, illustrator, and full-time creative enthusiast. If it involves color, composition, or bringing ideas to life visually, I’m probably already on it (or at least sketching out concepts as they come to me). I’ve been on the creative path since my younger days of crayon masterpieces and comic characters. These days, I’ve upgraded to pixels, paint, and slightly more professional tools.
Design isn’t just what I do, it’s how I see the world. My creativity is never in sleep mode; I look for inspiration everywhere. I’m the kind of person who analyzes restaurant menus not only for the food but also for the layout and font choices. I stay through movie credits just to see what artistic themes are being used. If there’s a well-kerned ampersand involved, I’m paying attention.
Whether it’s a bold brand, an offbeat illustration, or something totally out of the box, I thrive on projects that spin the creative wheels a little faster. As Albert Einstein once said, “Creativity is intelligence having fun.” I take that to heart, except with less physics and more Photoshop. You'll often find me channeling my creative energy into sketching just for fun, snapping photos for inspiration, exploring design trends, and overanalyzing logos like it’s a competitive sport.
All work and no play makes for dull design...and nobody wants that. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife. Being outdoors recharges me, so we often go hiking or biking, and explore local beaches, nature trails, and parks. We look forward to discovering new restaurants, taking the occasional road trip, and visiting family whenever we can.
If you’ve got a project that needs some creative spark, with some well-timed design humor along the way, let’s chat.
